Win back the energy and nutrients with this post-training MILO® shake!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pieces banana lacatan, sliced
- 1 cup NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 sachets MILO® 22g
- 4 pieces cherries, stemmed
- 2 tbsp strawberry preserved
- 2 cups crushed ice
MAKE IT:

Combine MILO®, bananas, milk, peanut butter, cherries and strawberry jam in a blender jar.

Blend until fully incorporated.

Add ice and blend again.

Transfer on individual glasses and enjoy!
