Tips

  • If you don’t have a cone, you can use tape, chalk, or any makeshift markers like a water bottle.
  • Always keep your head up and stay at a low dribble to keep your balance. It also makes it harder for your opponent to steal the ball.
  • In sudden stops, make sure to land on both feet and your knees and toes are in line with your head to avoid falling on your face.
  • When doing one dribble pull ups, try shooting without pausing, try switching between short or long steps, and try changing step directions.
  • Once you get the hang of each drill, work on your speed.
