Kids can use their hands or flat-surfaced house items for practice instead!

 

WEEK 1 
BASIC TERMINOLOGIES AND FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS

Ready to hit week 1 of the table tennis clinic? Learn the basics of this competitive sport and pick up the Basic Grip and Penhold Grip. Also practice drills such as Ball Bounce, Walling, and Roller Table Tennis.

WEEK 2
BASIC FUNDAMENTAL STROKES

Get kids to do dynamic stretching and drills specific to table tennis. This week, kids can also learn the basic fundamental strokes such as the Forehand and Backhand Drives.

WEEK 3 
BASIC DRILLING EXERCISES

Stance is a very important factor in playing table tennis. Let our expert coaches from the UP Table Tennis Team teach kids the Correct Readiness Stance this week.

WEEK 4 
ADVANCED EXERCISES

Kids should now be able to combine lessons from the previous weeks such as the correct grips, strokes, and stances. They can now put all those into practice and learn how to do proper Service to begin every game.
