BALL HANDLING CONFIDENCE

Let's tip off the program and learn basic ball handling drills and exercises such as Ball Tipping, Figures of 8, and Front Back Dribbling.

WEEK 2
BALL HANDLING DRILLS

Expand your kid's knowledge and learn more ball handling drills such as Crossover Dribbling, Between-the-legs Dribbling, and Side-to-Side Dribbling.

WEEK 3 
BALL HANDLING CONFIDENCE PART 2

Build on your kid's ball handling confidence with drills such as Protect Dribbling, Straddle Flip, and Blur.

WEEK 4 
BALL HANDLING CONFIDENCE PART 3

Cap off the basketball program with more basic ball handling drills and exercises to improve your kid's shooting form. Learn how to shoot while sitting, Speed Dribbling, Jab, Between-the-legs Dribbling, and the Drop Clap Catch drill.
