Moms and dads, join your kids as they learn the basic drills and excercises for tennis in this FREE 4-week program. Get into tennis with the guidance of our expert coaches from the Children's Tennis & Sports Management Inc. No need to worry if you have no racket at home, because kids can practice these solo drills using their hands.

WEEK 1 
TENNIS TIPS FOR BEGINNERS 

Let your kids learn the fundamentals of tennis with SEA Games Gold Medalist Kevin Franz Mamawal. Join your kids as our coaches teach them how to properly do the Shake Hand Grip, Forehand Self Rally, and Dribble, Dribble, Shoot exercises.

WEEK 2
GROUNDSTROKES AND WALLING

Coach Kevin Mamawal is back to help kids improve their hand-eye coordination and ball timing. Learn drills such as Throw and Catch, Forehand, then Backhand against the wall.

WEEK 3 
HITTING RALLIES WITH PARTNER AND SERVE

SEA Games Gold Medalist Coach Kevin Mamawal will show kids how to play tennis with a partner on week 3. Kids, learn how to Rally with Partners with markers on the floor, over the net, and how to do a proper Serve.

WEEK 4 
SERVE RALLIES WITH PARTNERS

For the fourth and final week of tennis, Coach Kevin Mamawal wants kids to remember all the basics they've learned up to their game. Time to do some Rallies with Partners with more circles on the floor, then Serve and Rally over the net like kids are in actual game.
